Quick trip to the beach... last month.

WARNING THESE ARE DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHS.

I know, I know, shocking... believe it or not I still do love to take
photographs with my Nikon3100 and 35mm F1.8 lens and reap the benefits
of instant gratification. I do realize I have not posted any digital photographs on here in like... months.
MONTHS.
haha I have so many to share too. Anyways, here are some from when
Zack and I took a short trip to visit his grandfather who lives on the Oregon Coast [Lincoln City],
which is about a hour and half drive from Portland. We drove up the coast to Newport Harbor and
stopped at our leisure along the road to check out some sights.
The Oregon Coast is quickly becoming one of my favorite places ever.

OCEANNNNN

Oregon Coast: forest on one side, ocean on the other. I love it.

How is this real life?

Newport Harbor

That dock that floated here from Japan.

This thing was huge

I hope I don't have radiation.
*this picture is huge because I want you all to be able to see the detail in the beautiful sea life that I saw that day, even though it throws off my layout.
The tide pools were so colorful and the starfish were orange and purple

These are some dead things I found on the beach. There was an entire bird whose stomach was completely torn open. :(

Roll of Film Sunday

This roll was my first time experimenting with double exposure.
As any viewer will noticed, it didn't exactly work.
But I got a few at the end, that I think turned out pretty cool.
I will continue to experiment and play around, because you can do that
with film and it's one the many reasons why I love it.
Plenty of digital photos to come soon from the Oregon Coast, California, and Washington...
I've been traveling around the past two weeks!
Currently watching The Beatles Anthology for the first time... obsessed.

This man on the last bus home gave Zack and I these one night.

I have an obsession with clouds
