THANKSGIVING.. oh wait it's December 16th already? whoops.

Yes, I realize Thanksgiving was almost a month ago now,
but I am finally getting around to posting about it!
I had one of the best times I've had here in Portland yet
because my older brother, sister-in-law and 14-month year old niece
flew all the way from Sacramento to come spend the holiday with Zack and I!
I love them and we had a great time drinking beer around the city, shopping and
even a visit to Multnomah Falls on a very blustery day!
I just love love love Autumn here.

Our mismatched plates. Can you tell it was our first Thanksgiving?

Seriously, look at the color of these leaves!!!
Flying home on Monday night for Christmas!!! So excited to see my fambam and BFFs!

Only one week left of the term, Autumn is beautiful here!

I've been so busy these past few weeks with papers, projects, and Thanksgiving!
Which has left me hardly any time to work on my recent photos.
Here are just a few shots of the beautiful autumn colors here in Portland
on a lovely sunny day.
{I will do a Thanksgiving post later this week, no worries!}

Looking out my window. Perfect frame.

Zack sneaking a picture while I was doing some hw reading. After The Wall is a great book though.

This is my favorite tree. I get to see it every time I walk to the MAX or bus stop.

Why hello there little friend!

colors man.

My friend Scott Schaus [right] and Max [left] playing a show at this awesome bar/venue that was very cozy.

Good times in Portland.
I just have one group project and one final and THEN I AM DONE.

Fish eyes part deux!

I know everyone was just dying to see the
second half of the roll. I am so sorry
to keep you waiting soooo long.
ha ha ha
[I think I am really funny]
Anyways, enjoy!
Fountain on the waterfront and a glorious sunny day in November

I will never stop obsessing with these clouds!!!

This is where the magic happens... trying to make Spaetzle, a German egg noodle dish. Didn't turn out quite right, it's so hard to get the correct proportions! But it's so tasty.
and then they each got a $150 ticket for not having bought a ticket for the MAX. Luckily Zack went to court and got it down to $50. But still. SUX!

One of my favorite restaurants here is this little burger joint called Little Big Burger.
They only serve these mini burgers [mine is their gourmet veggie pattie of course] and fries
fried in Truffle oil... SO DELICIOUS. And you get a tall can of Stella for $2.
It's a perfect sized meal.
Some good ole' apples to apples fun at a cider house

Fun story here: These boys thought that they could beat me at apples to apples,
and we decided that whoever lost had to buy the winner a cider.
I won the first round and was very pleased with my winnings.
I then preceded to win the 2nd round as well and that taught all them who rules at this game!

Longest game of Jenga I've ever played. We should be on a competitive Jenga team. It got so tall!

My dear friend Margaret. So far she's my one good friend I've made at PSU, and I am so happy to have a girl around.

I spend too much money on coffee.

Happy sun!

Oktober?

This post doesn't really have a point. I just felt like posting some recent Fotos and jib-jabbing, while not doing homework.
Today was another beautiful day in Portland, and it should stay that way for the whole week! I was getting used to the rain and clouds, but I am not complaining.
PSU offers tons of free group exercise classes, so I finally went to a Yoga class this morning! It was only 'Gentle Yoga' but it felt good to stretch again and balance my body. I plan on continuing with the classes, since they offer a lot and on everyday of the week.
I had a crazy weekend with lots of friends visiting (including my BFF!), but I'll talk about that another time.
Maybe I was bored and was having too much fun with Picnik's Halloween stickers...
Again, having fun with Picnik effects.

I got a pair of hair cutting scissors to keep my bangs trimmed up, and Zack let me cut his hair. It was pretty fun. He then went and got a lovely buzz cut at this super awesome barber shop in the Pearl.........
This is where we sleep. The wall has expanded greatly already.
Yeah, a typical evening watching Archer and drinking some vino.

P.S. Listen to this band & watch this video
